adequate, but with some drawbacks
lack of lift car wash noise
I found some aspects quite disappointing. the lack of a lift was inconvenient. i had to carry my luggage up the stairs. the car wash operating throughout the day created significant noise, disrupting any chance of quiet. this noise made relaxing difficult. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing!

comfortable bed excellent service
the room had a comfortable bed.. i slept soundly. the staff responded promptly to my requests, specifically ali and his colleagues provided excellent service.
the car wash noise was sometimes noticeable during the day.

friendly staff bottled water free vending machine secure parking
the staff was indeed friendly and helpful . the room had bottled water available, which i found to be a nice touch. the complimentary hot drinks vending machine in reception was handy, providing hot water for tea. secure parking was available.
I noticed the air conditioning unit was a little loud at times. It wasn't a major issue, but worth noting.

The top floor king room felt spacious. It featured working air conditioning. two thick comfy pillows and a nice duvet enhanced the comfort. soft lighting.

While there wasn't tea or coffee in the room, the reception had a complimentary hot drinks vending machine. This provided various options. this vending machine dispensed hot beverages, it was a convenient amenity to have access to.

secure parking was available , offering added convenience. the location provides easy access to nearby supermarkets and restaurants. the staff were very kind, and also very helpful during my time there.

Really good Stay Near Heathrow!

The room was comfortable, and I got a great night's sleep. Mohsin Ali was friendly and helpful that!). The hotel's proximity to the Elizabeth Line is a big plus. It's only a short walk away.
The complimentary hot drinks vending machine is located in the reception, so carrying drinks to the room can be a little tricky.
